- Ongoing maintenance and support — retainer-based, for sites that change regularly
- Custom development — when the thing you need does not come in a plugin
- Emergency fixes — when something breaks and it cannot wait
- Strategy and consulting — hosting, security, and performance, usually before a project rather than after
What I am probably not the right fit for
- One-off projects with no plan for what happens after launch. I will still build it, but I will spend part of the first conversation trying to talk you into a maintenance plan, because I have watched too many beautiful sites fall apart six months after launch. A site that launches and is never touched again will be slow, insecure, and out of date within eighteen months.
- Same-day emergency fixes for clients I do not already work with. Emergency work is reserved for retainer and Care Plan clients, because that is what makes it possible to drop everything and help.
- Drag-and-drop page builder builds. I build with the block editor or a lightweight page builder when the project genuinely calls for one. If you have been quoted a five-plugin stack to achieve something simple, that is usually a sign the approach was wrong from the start.
