Who I am
This site is operated by Elements Web Development LLC, a small agency providing WordPress website services. In this policy, “I” refers to the LLC and the person who runs it. You can reach me at info@elementsweb.dev for any question about this policy or about your data.
Why I collect it
Your contact form information is used for one reason: to reply to your enquiry. That is the entire purpose. I do not add you to a mailing list, I do not sell your information, and I do not share it with anyone except the services that make the site work (see below).
Technical information is collected to keep the site online, diagnose problems, and prevent abuse.
Who sees your information
The only third parties with access to your information are the services required to run this site:
- Hosting provider — stores the site and its data
- Email provider — delivers contact form submissions to my inbox
- Form plugin — processes the contact form
These services process data on my behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. I do not share your information with advertisers, data brokers, or any other third party. These providers may store data outside your country; where that happens, they are responsible for the safeguards that apply to the transfer.
How long I keep it
Contact form submissions are kept for as long as needed to handle your inquiry, and then for a reasonable period afterward in case you follow up. If you become a client, project records are kept for the duration of our work together and for a period afterward to satisfy accounting and legal obligations.
You can ask me to delete your inquiry at any time, and I will do so unless I am required to keep it for legal reasons.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Ask what information I hold about you
- Ask for a copy of it
- Ask me to correct it if it is wrong
- Ask me to delete it
- Object to how it is being used
- Withdraw consent to be contacted at any time
To exercise any of these, email me at info@elementsweb.dev. I will respond within a reasonable time, and I will not charge you for it. You can also withdraw consent by replying to any email from me and asking to be removed.
If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. I would rather you came to me first, but the right exists regardless.
